Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are subject to a shipping fee unless you choose to collect your order from our warehouse.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Delivery to parcel shop:
DKK 40.00 + VAT (DKK 50.00 incl. VAT)

Delivery to business/public institutions:
DKK 50.00 + VAT (DKK 62.50 incl. VAT)

Delivery to private address:
DKK 60.00 + VAT (DKK 75.00 incl. VAT)

For orders exceeding DKK 1,000.00 + VAT (DKK 1,250.00 incl. VAT), free delivery is offered to business addresses and parcel shops. This does not apply to goods shipped as pallet freight, such as chiropractic tables or electric treatment tables.

Free shipping is only available for orders placed via the webshop.

For special freight items (e.g. electric treatment tables and pallets), delivery by freight carrier costs DKK 680.00 + VAT.

Goods may be collected from our address in Varde:

  • Monday–Thursday: 08:30–16:00

  • Friday: 09:00–15:30

These shipping rates apply to domestic deliveries within Denmark to bridge-connected islands only and do not apply to Greenland or the Faroe Islands. For delivery addresses outside Denmark, shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to the customer before the order is dispatched.

For parcels that are not collected or cannot be delivered and are returned to dermaOXY ApS by the carrier, the customer will be charged the return shipping costs if the purchase is cancelled. The fee will be deducted from the refunded purchase amount.

Payment

dermaOXY ApS accepts payment by Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, and other supported cards. Payment will only be charged to your account when the goods are dispatched.

Please note: If you pay via MobilePay, the amount is charged immediately and held by MobilePay/Nets until the order is shipped. Please refer to MobilePay’s terms and conditions for further details.

Please note: If you have paid via MobilePay and cancel part or all of your order, the funds may be held by MobilePay/Nets for up to 30 days. For questions regarding this, please contact MobilePay/Nets directly.
