Terms and Conditions for MedicTinedic ApS
These Terms and Conditions apply to MedicTinedic ApS (CVR no.: 28859945) and its affiliated companies and divisions, including:
AcupunctureShop ApS, Wendy & Co ApS, METI.dk and dermaOXY ApS.
Hereinafter collectively referred to as dermaOXY ApS.
Please note that in certain cases, different terms and conditions apply to orders placed by customers outside Denmark. Certain products are not sold to private customers outside Denmark. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to placing an order. Furthermore, products offered under METI.dk are subject to separate terms and conditions.
Reservations
We reserve the right for typographical errors and price changes. dermaOXY ApS cannot be held liable for losses or costs resulting from changes to or delayed delivery of goods or orders.
Prices
All prices are generally stated in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT and shipping. In most cases, prices including VAT are also displayed.
Complaints (Right to Claim)
In the event of damage or defects upon receipt, please contact dermaOXY ApS immediately by phone at +45 40 18 21 80or by email at sales@dermaoxy.com.
At dermaOXY ApS, you have a 24-month statutory right to complain from the time you receive the product.
All complaints are handled in accordance with applicable legislation. The right to complain is void if the defect is caused by misuse, incorrect handling, or unauthorised repair.
Exceptions to General Complaint Conditions
A large portion of the product range sold by dermaOXY ApS is intended for professional use, including treatment tables, treatment equipment and clinical inventory. For such products, the following conditions apply:

A 12-month complaint period applies to upholstery on treatment tables, stools, etc.

A 12-month complaint period applies to repairs and replaced spare parts. However, the original complaint period does not lapse if more than 12 months remain.
Please note: Certain products are sold under conditions that differ materially from our general terms. Any such conditions will always be clearly stated in our offer or on the webshop.
Complaints from Business Customers
If, in connection with a complaint, you receive a replacement product and are required to return the original product, the complained item must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the replacement product. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price for both products, and your right to replacement will lapse.
Complaints from Business Customers Abroad
(Including Greenland and the Faroe Islands)
The customer bears all shipping costs both to and from dermaOXY ApS.
Shipping
All orders are subject to a shipping fee unless collected from our warehouse.
Shipping Rates
Delivery to parcel shop:
DKK 40.00 + VAT (DKK 50.00 incl. VAT)
Delivery to business/public institutions:
DKK 50.00 + VAT (DKK 62.50 incl. VAT)
Delivery to private address:
DKK 60.00 + VAT (DKK 75.00 incl. VAT)
For orders over DKK 1,000.00 + VAT (DKK 1,250.00 incl. VAT), free delivery is offered to business addresses and parcel shops. This does not apply to pallet freight items such as chiropractic tables or electric treatment tables.
Free shipping is only available for orders placed via the webshop.
For special freight (e.g. electric treatment tables and pallets), delivery by freight carrier costs DKK 680.00 + VAT.

These shipping rates apply only to domestic deliveries within Denmark to bridge-connected islands and do not apply to Greenland or the Faroe Islands. For delivery addresses outside Denmark, shipping costs will be calculated and communicated before dispatch.
For parcels that are not collected or cannot be delivered and are returned to dermaOXY ApS by the carrier, the customer will be charged the return shipping costs if the purchase is cancelled. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Payment
dermaOXY ApS accepts payment via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard and other supported cards. Payment will only be charged once the goods are dispatched.
MobilePay:
If you pay via MobilePay, the amount is charged immediately and held by MobilePay/Nets until dispatch. Please refer to MobilePay’s terms and conditions.
If you cancel part or all of an order paid via MobilePay, the funds may be held by MobilePay/Nets for up to 30 days. Please contact MobilePay/Nets directly for further information.
Invoice Payment
dermaOXY ApS also accepts payment by invoice. Invoice payment is only available to business customers with an active CVR number. Private customers cannot pay by invoice.
Invoice customers receive an invoice by email with 14 days’ payment terms upon dispatch. Late payment accrues interest of 1.5% per month, minimum DKK 100.00.
For new customers or large orders, we reserve the right to require prepayment. In such cases, a pro forma invoice will be sent by email and must be paid before dispatch.
Please note that it may take up to five business days for payments to be registered. We therefore recommend payment by card or MobilePay. You may also email us proof of payment to expedite order processing.
EAN Invoice
Orders paid via EAN are processed promptly, and invoices are sent electronically. Payment terms follow the invoice section above. Public institutions have 30 days’ payment terms instead of 14 days.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
All customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the product is received.
You must notify dermaOXY ApS of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. From notification until we receive the returned goods, no more than 14 days may pass, otherwise the right of withdrawal lapses.
Returned goods must be in essentially the same condition and quantity as upon delivery. If not, dermaOXY ApS will assess the value based on potential resale value.
The customer bears all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Certain products cannot be returned if the seal is broken. This includes products used in direct contact with the body, such as foot baths, massage devices, ear/nose/throat thermometers and cupping products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, services or repairs.
Returns and complaints must be sent directly to us. We do not collect parcels from parcel shops or pick-up locations. Such parcels will be refused.

Refunds are made via bank transfer and may take up to 14 days after bank details have been provided.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints may be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark via www.forbrug.dk.
Consumers residing in another EU country may also use the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform:

Delivery
More than 98% of orders placed before 12:00 noon with delivery addresses in Denmark are delivered by GLS the next business day between 08:00 and 16:00. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
For freight deliveries, delivery is curbside only. Delivery dates and times are indicative, and no compensation is provided for delays.
Delivery times for custom-manufactured goods are indicative and typically up to 8 weeks.
Retention of Title
dermaOXY ApS retains ownership of goods until full payment, including delivery-related costs, has been received. Until then, the buyer may not resell or otherwise dispose of the goods contrary to this retention of title.
Failure to comply with payment terms constitutes a material breach and entitles dermaOXY ApS to suspend deliveries and demand immediate payment.
Warranty & Presumption Rule
Goods are covered by a 2-year statutory right to complain. If a defect appears within the first 12 months, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise (Danish Sale of Goods Act §77a(3)).
Quantity Restrictions and Prohibition of Resale
dermaOXY applies quantity limits per order on selected products to prevent purchases intended for resale. Orders exceeding displayed limits cannot be placed.
If dermaOXY determines that a customer has attempted to circumvent these rules or is purchasing with intent to resell, dermaOXY reserves the right to cancel such orders without liability.
